Leah Cooper, 90, of Big Spring died Monday, Dec. 12, 2011, at the Marcy House. Services are pending at Myers & Smith Funeral Home.
Logan Yarbar drained 13 points in the championship game and the Big Spring Lady Steers came back totown this weekend with a 63-26 win over Kermit and the tournament championship.
Big Spring went 4-0 in the tournament, with Bridgett Tuitt receiving All-Tournament honors and Mackenzie Stone taking the 3-point shootout championship for the Lady Steers.
