The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 7 a.m. Wednesday and 7 a.m. today:
• DEBORAH KAY CANTU, 45, of 419 Dallas St. Apt. B, was arrested Wednesday on a charge of public intoxication.
• DAMIAN ISMAEL LUJAN, 27, of 1014 Nolan, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant from another agency.
• ELEUTERIO TORRES PADRON, 62, of 509 N. Goliad, was arrested Wednesday on a charge of public intoxication.
Darlene Hickey, 59, of Killeen, Texas, formerly of Big Spring died Sunday, Nov. 27, 2011, at her residence. Graveside funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 3, 2011, at Mt. Olive Memorial Park Chapel with the Rev. Randy Hardman, pastor of First Baptist Church of Gail, officiating.
The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 2, 2011, at the funeral home.
Sidney Brewer, 78, of Big Spring died Wednesday, Nov. 30, 2011, in a local hospital. Graveside funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 1, 2011, at the Gilstrap Family Cemetery in Big Spring.
He was born Jan. 3, 1933, in Sayre, Okla., and was a pumper for C.H. Levens and the Gilstraps for more than 13 years.
Survivors include many friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Wade and Allu (Doster) Brewer.

Alejandra "Ale" Doporto, 69, of Odessa, formerly of Big Spring died Wednesday, Nov. 30, 2011, at her son's residence. Vigil services will be held at 7 p.m. Friday at Myers & Smith Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 3, 2011, at Myers & Smith Chapel, with burial to follow at Mount Olive Memorial Park.
