ABILENE, Texas â€” Aaron Charles Lustfeldt, 27, of Big Spring was sentenced Wednesday to 240 months in federal prison, following his guilty plea in June to one count of receipt of child pornography.
Handing down the sentence was U.S. District Judge Jorge A. Solis, and announced by U.S. Attorney Sarah R. SaldaÃ±a of the Northern District of Texas.
Friday provides the final opportunity to vote early in the Nov. 5 Texas constitutional amendments election.
Polls â€” located in the Howard County Courthouseâ€™s election office â€” will open at 8 a.m. and close at 5 p.m.
Those choosing to cast a vote Friday or on Nov. 5 will be required to show photo identification, officials say.
Acceptable forms of photo ID are:
â€¢ Texas driverâ€™s license.
â€¢ Texas Election Identification Certificate (issued by Department of Public Safety).
â€¢ Texas personal identification card (issued by DPS).
â€¢ Texas concealed handgun license.
