Lady Steers dominate Andrews, Coahoma falters against Loraine

August 21, 2013

BIG SPRING
The Lady Steers weren't very gracious hosts to Andrews Tuesday, as Big Spring's volleyball program rolled over the Lady Mustangs in three sets, winning by scores of 25-7, 25-14 and 25-12.

The dominating performance was keyed by strong setting, offense and defense, while Andrews sputtered from the start, unable to string together a meaningful run.

“We're starting at a very high spot,” BSHS Head Coach Lynn Osborne said of her team this season. “They're probably the most solid team coming in that I've ever coached. They did a good job last night.”
