â€¢ LAFAWN FAYE CANTU, 39, of 508 Young St., was arrested Tuesday on a charge of manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance.
â€¢ JOE ERNEST VALENCIA JR., 28, of 202 N.E. Third St., was arrested Tuesday on a charge of manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance.
