The Big Spring Police Department reported the following activity between 7 a.m. Tuesday and 7 a.m. today:
• JAI ANTHONY KEYS, 43, of 1906 E. Highway 350, was arrested Tuesday on a charge of public intoxication.
• LUIS ALBERTO GARFIAS, 24, of 1300 Johnson, was arrested Tuesday on warrants for no driver's license – when unlicensed (two counts), failure to appear (two counts) and driving while license invalid.
• JAVIER DIAZ, 27, of Denver, Colo., was arrested Tuesday on a charge of no driver's license – when unlicensed.
