A Big Spring woman was arrested Sunday afternoon on a charge of abandoning/endangering a child â€“ criminal negligence after law enforcement officials say she left her 1-year-old infant in a vehicle unattended while she went shopping at the local Walmart Supercenter.
Katherine Rios, 23, of 306 N.E. Sixth St., was arrested Sunday on a charge of abandoning/endangering a child â€“ criminal negligence.

â€˘ JUAN MANUEL GONZALEZ, 34, of 2310 S. Runnels, was arrested Sunday on charges of failure to signal within required distance and driving while license invalid â€“ DWI related.
â€˘ GONZALO HERNANDEZ GONZALES, 36, of Bonham, Texas, was arrested Sunday on a charge of public intoxication.
â€˘ ANSELMO HILARIO JR., 27, of 1409 Bluebird, was arrested Sunday on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana â€“ two ounces or less.
