Airport Director Jim Little said Friday he has received confirmation from the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) concerning the agency's plan to provide most of the funds for the construction of a T hangar at the facility.

The elections office — which has been located on the third floor of the Howard County Courthouse for the past several years — will be moving to the former sheriff's office on the first floor of the courthouse Monday, according to County Elections Administrator Saundra Bloom.
