Howard County commissioners will begin the process of replacing a âgreat assetâ when they meet at 10 a.m. Monday in the county courthouse's third-floor courtroom.
Commissioners will go into closed session during the meeting to discuss finding a replacement for Quail Dobbs, who is retiring after more than 14 years as Precinct 2 justice of the peace.
