Junior high science fair set Friday

Big Spring Junior High School students will show off several weeks of work as the school's science fair is set for Friday.

Students' food drive goes well for Salvation Army

The results of the annual canned food drive conducted by area public schools was a welcome sight to local Salvation Army officials and it is helping to replenish the pantry shelves after a successful Christmas season.
'We had a really successful can drive this year with all of the schools that participated,” said Salvation Army Lt. Jeremiah Romack.
