Air Force Airman Nathaniel S. Mitchell-McCoy graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas.
Â The airman completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills.
Â Airmen who complete basic training earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.
Â Mitchell-McCoy is the son of Sylvia McCoy of Big Spring.
Â He is a 2011 graduate of Big Spring High School.
Ray and Glenna Hiltbrunner will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on November 9, 2013. Â Ray was born in Wheeler, Texas and Glenna was born in Big Spring.
