Wilma Edna Walker Holley Cashion, 85, a resident of the Big Spring area for more than 80 years and a lifetime member of Salem Baptist Church, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, Dec. 27, 2010, at Briarcliff Health Center of Greenville. Visitation will be at Myers & Smith Funeral Home Wednesday, Dec. 29, 2010 at 7 p.m. Graveside services will be Thursday, Dec. 30, 2010, at 2 p.m. at Trinity Memorial Park with her grandson-in-law, Gregory Lee, officiating.
Thelma Jo Fraser, age 84, passed away at Gateway Garden Retirement Center, Marble Falls on Dec. 28, 2010. A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 30, 2010, in Midway Cemetery, directed by Elliott-Hamil Funeral Home, 5701 Hwy 277 South. Visitation is 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Frank Roberts, 75, of Fairfield and formerly of Big Spring, passed away Monday, Dec. 27, 2010, at a local hospital. Memorial services will be 1 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 30 at the family home.
Amalia “Mollie” Larez, 90, of Big Spring died Tuesday, Dec. 28, 2010. Vigil Services will be at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Myers & Smith Chapel. Funeral Services will be at 4 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 30, 2010, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
J. R. Bennett Jr., 87, of Coahoma, died Wednesday, Dec. 29, 2010, at his residence. His services are pending with Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home & Crematory of Big Spring.
