Robert E. "Dog" Jones Sr., 64, of Big Spring died Friday, Dec. 16, 2011, at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 21, 2011, at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Rosewood Chapel with the Rev. Eddy Nelson officiating. Interment will follow at Trinity Memorial Park.
Robert was born July 15, 1947, in Big Spring, Texas, and married Ardelia "Dee Dee" Brown on July 2, 1988, in Big Spring.
Oneta Ruth Franklin Sanderson, 90, passed away peacefully Friday, Dec. 16, 2011, in Colorado City after a long and blessed journey. A celebration of her life will be held Tuesday, Dec. 20, 2011, at 11 a.m. at Oak Street Baptist Church with interment to follow at the Colorado City Cemetery.
Maurice Duncan, 79 of Robert Lee passed away Friday, Dec. 16, 2011, at Robert Lee, Texas.
Graveside service were held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 18, 2011, at McKenzieville Cemetery officiated by Lonnie Bloodworth. Services were under direction of Shaffer Funeral Home.
Maurice was born Dec. 7, 1932, in Coahoma, Texas, to Vernon and Willeen Duncan. He attended schools in Coahoma and San Angelo Jr. College.
