Homer “Lee” Williford Jr., 63, of Big Spring died Wednesday, Nov. 30, 2011, at Scenic Mountain Medical Center. The family will receive friends from 3 p.m. until 5 p.m. Friday at Myers & Smith Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday at Trinity Memorial Park with the Rev. Wes Massey, pastor of First Baptist Church of Coahoma, officiating.
He was born May 10, 1948, in Big Spring to Evelyn and Homer Williford Sr. He was a general contractor, a lifetime resident of Howard County and a Baptist.
Alejandra 'Ale" Smithwick Doporto, 69, of Odessa, formerly of Big Spring died Wednesday, Nov. 30, 2011, at her son’s residence. Vigil services will be held at 7 p.m. Friday at Myers & Smith Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Myers & Smith Chapel with burial at Mount Olive Memorial Park.
She was born Nov. 6, 1942, in Little Rock, Ark., to Gregoria and Albert Smithwick Sr. She lived most of her life in Big Spring, except for the last 21 years in Odessa. She was a homemaker and a Catholic.
Teri Nall, 54, of Big Spring died Friday, Dec. 2, 2011, at her residence. Services are pending at Myers & Smith Funeral Home.
