E.B. Baker of Seminole passed away at Memorial Hospital in Seminole on March 1, 2011, and went to his final home with his Lord and Savior, Jesus. Funeral services will be held at First Baptist Church in Seminole on Monday, March 7, 2011, at 2 p.m. with Matt Edwards, pastor of First Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will follow in the Gaines County Cemetery.
Robert “Bob” Karwedsky, 83, went to be with the Lord on Monday, Feb. 28, 2011. Memorial services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 5, 2011, at Kiker–Seale Funeral Home. Pastor James Williams will be officiating.
Delores Duncan, 60, of Big Spring died Tuesday, March 1, 2011, in Odessa. Funeral services will be held at 5 p.m. Saturday at Myers & Smith Chapel. The family will receive friends following the service at 604 W. 16th Street.
Corliss Brehm, 59, of Big Spring died Tuesday, March 1, 2011, in Lubbock. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until 7 p.m. Friday at Myers & Smith Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Myers & Smith Chapel with burial at Mt. Olive Memorial Park.
Carmen Ramirez, 62, of Big Spring died Wednesday, March 2, 2011, in Lubbock. Vigil services will be held at 7:30 p.m. Friday at Myers & Smith Chapel. Funeral Mass will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with burial at Mt. Olive Memorial Park.
Mary Jane Garcia, 61, of Big Spring died Thursday, March 3, 2011, at Hospice House in Odessa. Services are pending at Myers & Smith Funeral Home.
