John "Tippy" Anderson Jr., 84, of Big Spring died Tuesday, Aug. 2, 2011, in a local nursing home. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Aug. 5, 2011, at the Nalley-Pickle & Welch Rosewood Chapel with the Rev. Mark Lindsey, pastor of First Baptist Church, officiating. Interment will follow at Trinity Memorial Park.
Dennis F. Sullivan, 63, of Big Spring died Saturday, July 30, 2011, at his residence. Services are pending at Myers & Smith Funeral Home.
Angelita G. Alvarez, 66, of Big Spring died Thursday, Aug. 4, 2011, at Parkview Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. Services are pending at Myers & Smith Funeral Home.

Elsie Norman, 91, of Big Spring died Monday, Aug. 1, 2011, in a local nursing home. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 4, 2011, at the Nalley-Pickle & Welch Rosewood Chapel with the Rev. Joey Bacon, associate pastor of Trinity Baptist Church, officiating. Interment will follow at Trinity Memorial Park.
Reva Susanne Daniels, 59, of Coahoma died Sunday, July 31, 2011, at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 3, 2011, at the Nalley-Pickle & Welch Rosewood Chapel with Eddy Pitchford officiating. Interment will follow at Coahoma Cemetery.

Ruth Salazar, 76, of Big Spring, died Saturday, July 30, 2011. Vigil services will be at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Myers & Smith Chapel. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 3, 2011, at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, with Msgr. Bernard L. Gully officiating. Burial will be at Trinity Memorial Park.
