IOWA PARK – Chris Linn Gartman, 56, passed away Sunday, Aug. 28, 2011, in Wichita Falls, Texas. Funeral service will be held at 4 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 31, 2011, at Lakeview Church of God in Iowa Park, Texas, with Pastor Ted Gray officiating. Allen Davis will give the eulogy. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 1, 2011, in Oliver Springs Cemetery, Gorman, Texas, under the direction of Dutton Funeral Home of Iowa Park.
Ruth Jamison, 61, of Big Spring died Tuesday, Aug. 30, 2011, at her residence. Services are pending at Myers & Smith Funeral Home.

Enrique Sotelo, 88, of North Little Rock, Ark., formerly of Big Spring, Texas, passed away Aug. 27, 2011, at his daughter's home in North Little Rock, Ark. A rosary service will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 30, 2011, at the Nalley-Pickle & Welch Rosewood Chapel with Deacon Clemente Villa officiating. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Aug. 31, 2011, at 10 a.m at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church. Interment will follow at the Mt. Olive Cemetery.
Margy Vernetta Fickling, 90, of Howardwick, formerly of Big Spring died Sunday, Aug. 28, 2011, in Howardwick, Texas. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 31, 2011, at the Nalley-Pickle & Welch Rosewood Chapel with the Rev. Monroe Teeters officiating. Interment will follow at Trinity Memorial Park.

Mildred Bean, 90, of Eastland passed away Thursday, Aug. 25, 2011, in Dallas. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 30, 2011, at the First Christian Church in Eastland with Jim Wright officiating. Burial will be at the Eastland City Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Monday from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. at the funeral home.

Alice Ann Crown of Denton, Texas, formerly of Big Spring, Texas, passed away Aug. 21, 2011, in a Denton hospital.
A memorial service was held Aug. 24, 2011, in Denton.
She was born in Ludlow, Vt., on Dec. 13, 1943, to Phyllis Marie Waite and Albert Bulley. She worked for Coffee & Coffee Attorneys at Law while she lived in Big Spring. She married Kenneth Crown on March 24, 1992, in Sterling City. He preceded her in death Jan. 16, 2010.
