Clovis Bodine, 94, of Ackerly, Texas, went to be with the Lord on Oct. 11, 2012. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Oct. 15, 2012, at the First Baptist Church of Ackerly with Dr. Stan Blevins and Derrick Looney officiating. Interment will follow at Trinity Memorial Park.
Visitation will be from 3 p.m. until 4 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 14, 2012, at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home.
Robert L. Crain, 79, of Big Spring died Thursday, Oct. 11, 2012, at Lamun-Lusk-Sanchez State Veterans Home. Private memorial services will be at a later date.
He was born Aug. 10, 1933, in Buleadean, N.C. He grew up in Mars Hill, N.C. He retired from the Air Force after 24 years and was a Vietnam veteran. He lived in Big Spring for two years, coming from Del Rio. He was a member of the Holy Trinity Catholic Church.
