James King Bowers, 58, of Big Spring passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2012. He was born Nov. 6, 1953, in Washington, D.C. to Charles and Patricia (King) Bowers. He served in the U.S. Army for 21 years before retiring.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Mary Cahoon; two sons, Elmer Bowers and wife Lacy of Buckeye, Ariz., and Zachary Bowers and wife Stephanie of Mesa, Ariz.,; seven grandchildren, Saretta, Desmond, Hannah, Logan, Ava, Aurora and Sasha Bowers.
Memorial services are scheduled at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 10, 2012, at 1605 E. I-20 in Big Spring.
Nena Grennon, 81, of Big Spring died Thursday, Nov. 8, 2012, at Parkview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Services are pending at Myers & Smith Funeral Home.
