Maxine Coleman, 93, died Sunday, Nov. 4, 2012, in a local hospital. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 7, 2012, at the Nalley-Pickle & Welch Rosewood Chapel. Interment will follow at Trinity Memorial Park in Big Spring, Texas.
The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until 7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2012, at the funeral home.
Arrangements are under the direction of Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home & Crematory, Big Spring, Texas.
C.G. Griffin, 89, of Big Spring died Saturday, Nov. 3, 2012, at his residence. Graveside funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2012, at the Peace Chapel at Trinity Memorial Park with the Rev. Walter McCall and Dennis Etherege officiating.
The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until 7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 5, 2012, at the funeral home.
He was born May 20, 1923, in Big Spring, Texas, and married Norma Henry on March 15, 1947, in Big Spring, Texas.

Richard Harold Parker, 75, of Knott, died Saturday, Oct. 27, 2012, in a San Diego, Calif. Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Nov. 5, 2012, at 14th and Main Church of Christ with Larry Marshall and Shawn Gary officiating. Interment will follow at Trinity Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 4, 2012, at the funeral home.
He was born Jan. 28, 1937, in Coahoma, Texas and married Miriam Jean Sample May 28, 1958, in Big Spring.
Zachary Taylor Steward passed away at the age of 26 from complications from Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. Zach was born in Big Spring and moved to Lubbock when he was 4 years old. He went to Trinity Christian School until 1997, then went to Frenship Schools, where he graduated in 2005. He received his Associate’s Degree from South Plains College and then received his Bachelor’s degree in graphic design from Lubbock Christian University in 2011. After graduation, he did freelance graphic design work.
C. G. Griffin, 89, of Big Spring, died Saturday, Nov. 3, 2012 at his residence. His services are pending with Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home & Crematory of Big Spring.

Betty Rathmell Jarratt "BJ" left this life Nov. 1, 2012, at her home in Big Spring, Texas. Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 3, 2012, at the Handley Cemetery in Mitchell County.
Dennis Ausbie, 52, of Lubbock, formerly of Big Spring died Monday, Oct. 29, 2012, at his residence in Lubbock. Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 3, 2012, at Mount Olive Memorial Park with the Rev. Holston Banks officiating.
He was born Sept. 4, 1960, in Big Spring, Texas, to Ruby Jewel (Scott) and James Edward Ausbie. He grew up in Big Spring and lived most of his life here. He relocated to Amarillo in 2006 and had most recently moved to Lubbock. He had worked for Price Construction and was a Baptist.
Bill Griffen, 73, of Big Spring died Monday, Oct. 29, 2012, at Scenic Mountain Medical Center. Memorial services will be held at a later date.
He was born Dec. 30, 1938, in Mechanicsville, N.Y., to Nettie (Poucher) and William Herbert Griffen. He married Darlene Brooks on June 29, 1968, in Old Lyme, Conn. The couple relocated to Big Spring in 1993 from Connecticut. He was a retired carpenter.
