Juana Louise Osborn, 92, of Big Spring went home to be with her Lord, Friday, Dec. 7, 2012. Her services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Dec. 10, 2012, at the Nalley, Pickle & Welch Rosewood Chapel with Ken McMeans, pastor of College Baptist Church, officiating. Interment will follow at Trinity Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 9, 2012, at the funeral home.
She was born Dec. 25, 1919 in Hamby, Texas. She married D.M. (Dock) Osborn Na. 17, 1938 in Albany, Texas. He preceded her in death on November 8, 1982.
Stephen “Steve” Johnson, 51, of Big Spring died Thursday, Dec. 6, 2012, at Medical Center Hospital in Odessa. A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 9, 2012, at Myers & Smith Chapel with Dr. Doug Shelley, pastor of Eastside Baptist Church, officiating.
He was born Dec. 4, 1961, in France to Muriel and Charles Johnson. He worked most of his life in the oilfield. He also worked for B&E Roustabout and Robert Wash. He lived most of his life in Howard County and was a Baptist.
Allison Tamara Waddell, 28, passed away Nov. 29, 2012, in her sleep at her home in Big Spring.
Jose Chavez, 30, of Garden City, Texas, was killed in an automobile accident Nov. 29, 2012.
He was born Feb. 24, 1982 in Rio Verde, San Luis Potosi, Mexico, to Jose Jesus Chavez and the late Maria Del Rosario Torres de Chavez.
He began working at Eco-Drip Irrigation as a warehouse helper eventually became warehouse manager. He enjoyed hunting, dancing and barbecuing.
