Dr. James I. Shelton, 67, of Big Spring died Sunday, Feb. 12, 2012, at his residence. The family will receive friends from 5:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at Myers & Smith Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. Wednesday at First Christian Church with the Rev. Ken McIntosh officiating. Burial will be at Trinity Memorial Park.
Johnny Ray Liedecke, 55, of Big Spring died Saturday, Feb. 11, 2012, in Scurry County, Texas. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2012, at the Nalley-Pickle & Welch Rosewood Chapel with the Rev. Rogue Salazar Sr. and Co-Pastor Jesse Salazar Sr. officiating. Interment will follow at Trinity Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 14, 2012, at the funeral home.
He was born Aug. 15, 1956, in San Antonio, Texas, and married Guadalupe Salazar on March 5, 1987, in Colorado City, Texas.
Dolores V. Chavez, 94, of Big Spring died Tuesday, Feb. 14, 2012, at her residence. Her services are pending with Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home & Crematory of Big Spring.
