Freddie Hodnett, 61, of Big Spring died Sunday, April 22, 2012, in Covenant Medical Center, Lubbock, Texas. Freddie was born to Viola and Leonard Hodnett on Aug. 1, 1950, in Big Spring, Texas. Freddie graduated from Sands High School in 1969 and continued his education, training and certification in mechanics. He married Sandra Gail Nichols on March 5, 1971, in Knott, Texas, where they resided until 1998 and relocated to Big Spring.
The family will receive family and friends from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday, April 23, 2012, at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home & Crematory.
