Patricia Singleton of Midland, formerly of O’Donnell, died Aug. 28, 2012 at the age of 67. She was born in O’Donnell on July 13, 1945 to Edward and Bulah Mae (Taylor) Summers.
Patricia married Bobby Gene Shubert on June 10, 1967 in Gatesville, Texas. She then married Everett Singleton in 2005 in Coahoma. Patricia was a homemaker and member of the O’Donnell Church of Christ.
Ruben P. Torres, 79, of Big Spring died Thursday, August 30, 2012, at his residence. Vigil services will be at 7:00 p.m. Sunday at Myers & Smith Chapel. Funeral Mass will be at 11:30 a.m. Monday at Holy Trinity Catholic Church with Monsignor Bernard Gully officiating. Burial will be at Trinity Memorial Park.
Alvenia Mae "Moma Beta" Messimer, 99, of Big Spring, died Wednesday, August 29, 2012, in an Odessa hospital. Graveside funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM, Monday, September 3, 2012 at the Peace Chapel at Trinity Memorial Park with Dr. Jimmy Braswell, officiating.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM, Sunday, September 2, 2012, at the funeral home.
