February 27th
Johnny Rueda, 56, of Big Spring died Monday, Feb. 11, 2013, at Midland Memorial Hospital. Graveside memorial services will be held at 4 p.m. Friday at Trinity Memorial Park Peace Chapel.
He was born Jan. 16, 1957, in Bryan, Texas. He married Alice Baker in 2002 in Big Spring. He worked as a driller in the oilfield.
He is survived by three sons, William and Anthony of Lubbock and Johnny Ray Michael Rueda Jr. of El Paso; three brothers, James, Ruben and Freddie Rueda; one sister, Margaret; and six grandchildren.
Sapopa Salazar, 96, died Wednesday, Feb. 27, 2013, at Parkview Nursing and Rehab Center. Services are pending at Myers & Smith Funeral Home.
February 26th
Bernard J. Glanister, 54 of Las Vegas, Nev., and Lake Orion, Mich., died Feb. 21, 2013.
He was the beloved husband of Linda (Nee Zaleski) and loving father of Nathan James, Sarah Marie and Amy Lynne. He was the dear son of Filomena (Nee Lopez) and the late Bernard and brother of Donna (Roy) Collins, Kenneth, Ellen (Glen) Carlson, Eugene Michael (Francis) and Bonnie (Charles) Miller. He was also the son-in-law of Chester and Joann Zaleski and will be missed by many loving sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Adelia Sanchez, 65, of Big Spring died Friday, Feb. 22, 2013, at her residence. Memorial services will be held at a later date.
She was born Oct. 22, 1947, in Austin. She moved from Austin to Seminole in 1973 and to Big Spring in 1980. She was a homemaker, but also worked at Walls Industries until it closed. She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church.

Hughetta Roberts, 89, of Big Spring died Monday, Feb. 25, 2013, in a local nursing home. Her services are pending with Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home & Crematory of Big Spring.
Adelia Sanchez, 65, of Big Spring died Friday, Feb. 22, 2013, at her residence. Services are pending at Myers & Smith Funeral Home.
Marsha Mann, 68, of Big Spring died Friday, Feb. 22, 2013, in a Midland hospital. Graveside funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2013, at the Colorado City Cemetery in Colorado City, Texas, with the Rev. Walter McCall officiating.
The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Monday, Feb. 25, 2013, at the funeral home.
Robert Dean (R.D.) Bradshaw, 79, passed away Friday, Feb. 22, 2013, in Midland, Texas. He was born June 23, 1933, in Childress County, Texas.
R.D. grew up in Childress, Texas, and graduated from Childress High School. While in high school, R.D. played both basketball and football for the Childress Bobcats. After the 1951 Bobcat football season, R.D. was designated as a High School All American Football Player.

Fernando Apolinar "Poli" Rodriguez, 21, of Big Spring, died Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2013, in a local hospital. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Feb. 25, 2013, at the Holy Trinity Catholic Parish. Interment will follow at Trinity Memorial Park.
A vigil service will be held at 7 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 24, 2013, at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Rosewood Chapel.
He was born Feb. 23, 1991, in Stanton, Texas.
A lifelong resident of Big Spring, Poli attended Big Spring schools. He loved music and Chicano Rap Flo, drawing but especially loved playing with his children.
