Rodney Peterson, 80, of Big Spring went to be with his Lord and Savior on Friday, July 29, 2011, in an Odessa hospital. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 2, 2011, at the Nalley-Pickle & Welch Rosewood Chapel with Rick Cunningham, minister of 14th and Main Church of Christ, officiating. Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday at the Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Abilene.
The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until 7 p.m. Monday, Aug. 1, 2011, at the Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 30, 2011, at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church with Monsignor Bernard Gully officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Olive Memorial Park.
