Barbara Laswell Gage, 84, of Big Spring died Friday, March 11, 2011, in a local nursing home. Graveside funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 15, 2011, at the Peace Chapel at Trinity Memorial Park with the Rev. Mark Lindsey officiating.
Illa Morgan, 94, of Big Spring died Thursday, March 10, 2011, at Scenic Mountain Medical Center. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Trinity Memorial Park Peace Chapel with the Rev. Joey Bacon officiating.

Lola V. Rodriguez, 75, of Big Spring, died Thursday, March 10, 2011, at her residence. Vigil services will be at 7 p.m. Sunday, March 13, 2011, at the Nalley-Pickle & Welch Rosewood Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, March 14, 2011, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Mt. Olive Memorial Park.Â

Thelma Carlile, 75, of Big Spring went to her eternal home Thursday, March 10, 2011. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 12, 2011, at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Rosewood Chapel with Dr. Greg Hall, president of Warner University in Lake Wales, Fla., and the Rev. Rhonda Thornhill, pastor of Crossway Church in Midland, officiating. Interment will follow at Trinity Memorial Park.
Rudy Allen Carpenter Sr., 48, of Jal, N.M., formerly of Big Spring died Wednesday, March 9, 2011, at Winkler County Memorial Hospital in Kermit. The family will receive friends from 7 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. Friday at Myers & Smith Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday at Myers & Smith Chapel with Michael May and Kevin Gilbert officiating. Burial will be at Trinity Memorial Park.
