FORT WORTH — John Lewis Stripling, 94, was called by the Lord in the early morning hours of Sunday, Jan. 30, 2011. Funeral: 1 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 8, 2011, at Ridglea United Methodist Church, 6036 Locke Ave. Interment: Greenwood Memorial Park.
Lillian Hildebrand, 87, of Big Spring died Friday, Jan. 28, 2011, in Lamesa. Services are pending at this time.
Patti Robertson, 57, of Big Spring, died on Monday, Jan. 31, 2011, in a local hospital. Memorial services will be held at a later time.
February 4th
Howard Wayne Hornsby, 52, of Big Spring passed away Feb. 2, 2011, at his mothers home in Bedford. A memorial service will be held Saturday, Feb. 12, 2011, at 10 a.m. at Trinity Baptist Church. The family requests in leu of flowers please send donations in his honor to Signal Mountain Mas Emmaus Community, P.O. Box 2997, Big Spring 79721.

Allan T. Hopper, 86, of Stanton died Tuesday, Feb. 1, 2011, at his residence. Graveside funeral services with military honors will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 4, 2011, at the Blocker Chapel at Evergreen Cemetery with the Rev. Bob Porterfield officiating.
Cariker Roy “C. Roy” Wright, 69, of Rogers, Ark. died Tuesday, Feb. 1, 2011, at Mercy Medical Center in Rogers. He was born April 7, 1941 in Olney to Lee Roy Wright and Helen Bennett Wright.
William Lane "Sunny" Edwards of Big Spring passed away Monday, Jan. 31, 2011. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 5, 2011, at the Peace Chapel at Trinity Memorial Park with the Rev. Craig Holstedt officiating.
Herman Rosemond Sr., 70, of Big Spring died Thursday, Jan. 27, 2011, at Scenic Mountain Medical Center. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at West Highway 80 Church of Christ with Ulis Johnson and Ulysses Mathews officiating.

Benigna Salgado Montez, 81, of Stanton died Sunday, Jan. 30, 2011, in a Big Spring hospital. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 4, 2011, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Stanton. Interment will follow at St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery in Stanton. Rosary will be said at 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 3, 2011, at 407 St. Teresa.
