The Big Spring golf team doesnât have many chances to get out on the course this fall, but until next spring, the Steers have the Andrews Invitational to remind them what this upcoming season can be like.
Particularly, the Steersâ Blake Brorman may be anxious to get back out on the course after what he did last weekend.
The new NJCAA National Polls were released Wednesday morning and a familiar face was in the Top 25 for womenâs basketball.
The Howard College Hawks basketball team stepped in at No. 18 in the polls. The team is off to a 6-0 start this season, firing on all cylinders and defeating their opponents by an average of 44 points.
âThis team has a great sense of teamwork,â head coach Earl Diddle said. âWith their intense level of overall play, they have been able to put together some strong wins and see some success.â
