Lady Steers open regular season

August 9, 2011

Fresh off of a weekend filled with scrimmage action, the Lady Steers will be on the road tonight as they head east to take on the Eagles of Abilene High School. The game is scheduled for a 5 p.m. start in Abilene, preceded by JV and freshman games.

The Lady Steers take the court this year with an experienced team, having lost only three players to graduation this last summer. Head Coach Lynn Osborne said she was ready to get the girls on the court and see what they could do.
