February 1, 2013

Men
BORGER — Continuing their four-game road trip, the Hawks visited Frank Phillips College on Thursday where they picked up another conference win, downing the Plainsmen 94-69.

That puts the Hawks in the top of the pack, where they are battling New Mexico Junior College, Odessa College, South Plains College and Midland College for conference supremacy.

“We're all kind of bunched up,” Howard College Head Coach Mark Adams said.

The Plainsmen were overwhelmed from the start.

Cameron Forte scored a game-high 29 points for the Hawks, who led FPC by 18 at the half.
