Howard College teams rout Clarendon to wrap up road stint

February 8, 2013

CLARENDON — The Lady Hawks came away with a 66-50 road win against Clarendon College in what Head Coach Earl referred to as “a pivotal game”.

“I was really impressed with the way we came out and played,” Diddle said of his squad's performance. “They played well defensively and really had no mental lapses even though Clarendon is a tough team to play against. They are very unorthodox.”

HC led the Lady Bulldogs by 12 at the halfway mark, who pulled within eight in the second half of play, but couldn't complete the rally and fell short in the final minutes of play.
