14 indicted by grand jury

Fourteen people were indicted during a Halloween Day session of the Howard Grand Jury Thursday:

• Amy Abrego, 32, 1905 Wasson No. 39, possession of a controlled substance (third degree felony).
• Paula J. Bulter, 44, currently in Travis County Jail, three counts of delivery of a controlled substance (offenses range from state jail felony to first degree felony).
• Latonya Cubit, 32, 600 Interstate 20 No. 123, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon (both enhanced to first degree felonies).
• Elias Sol Ledesma, 27, 1503 E. Cherokee, indecency with a child (second degree felony).
• Juan Angel Madrid, 27, currently in Howard County jail, delivery of a controlled substance (state jail felony).
• Joe Angel Martinez, 41, currently in Howard County jail, driving while intoxicated (enhanced to second degree felony).
• Israel Miramontes, 29, 411 N. Scurry, four counts of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle (one count a state jail felony; others enhanced to third degree felony).
• Seth David Mitchell, 30, 1705 Hilltop, evading arrest (third degree felony).
• Richard Lee Olivas, 26, 1600 Donley, two counts of theft under $1,500 with two or more prior convictions (both counts state jail felonies).
• Miguel Angel Reyes Jr., 38, 1519 Tucson, driving while intoxicated (enhanced to second degree felony).
• Steven Paul Riordan, 63, 1103 Barnes, possession of marijuana (state jail felony).
• Liandro Lee Ventura, 43, currently in Howard County jail, two counts of theft under $1,500 with two or more prior convictions (both counts state jail felonies)
• Holly Breann Yanez, 23, 416 Dallas, sexual assault of a child (second degree felony).
• Ricky Bob Yanez, 28, 1302 Sycamore, delivery of a controlled substance (state jail felony).
