22 indicted by grand jury

Twenty-two people were indicted on felony charges during this week's session of the Howard County Grand Jury.

Among those indicted was Ricky Lee Tate, 25, of Big Spring, who faces four felony changes stemming from an incident on the Snyder Highway June 11, said 118th District Attorney Hardy L. Wilkerson.
