Annette 'Anita' Hilario

Annette "Anita" Hilario, 54, of Big Spring died Sunday, June 10, 2012, at Martin County Hospital. Vigil services will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, June 14, 2012, at Myers & Smith Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Holy Trinity Catholic Church with Deacon Johnny Arguello officiating. Burial will follow in Mount Olive Memorial Park.

She was born Aug. 5, 1957, in Nixon, Texas, to Clara and Bernardo Garcia. She was a lifetime resident of Big Spring. She married Anselmo “Popo” Hilario on Feb. 7, 1974, and he preceded her in death June 2, 2012. She was a homemaker and a Catholic.

She is survived by two daughters, Tina Hilario and spouse Chance Gana and Pilar Hilario, all of Big Spring; three sons, Anselmo “Mito” Hilario Jr. and spouse Morgan, B.J. Hilario and spouse Kim and Maurice Neal, all of Big Spring; one sister, Diana Garcia of Port Arthur, Texas; two grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; and one aunt and uncle.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Angel Neal; and one brother, Robert David Garcia.
