Barr engagement

Randall Capshaw and Heather Barr

Paul and Margaret Barr of Colorado City announce the engagement of their daughter Heather Barr to Randall Capshaw, both of Big Spring.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Paul and Margaret Barr of Colorado City. She is a 2003 graduate of Colorado High School and a 2008 graduate of West Texas A&M University.
She is employed as an elementary music teacher at Big Spring ISD.
The prospective groom is the son of Randy and Josephine Capshaw of Plano. He is a 2001 graduate of Coronado High School in El Paso and a 2006 graduate of the University of North Texas.
He is the junior high choir director at Big Spring ISD.
The couple plans to exchange wedding vows Aug. 4, 2012, at a 4 p.m. ceremony at First United Methodist Church.
