Funeral mass for Mrs. Belinda Baeza of Big Spring, formerly of Stanton, has been set for 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 31, 2013, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, with Monsignor Schwertner officiating. Interment will follow at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery. A rosary vigil will be Friday Aug. 30, at the St. Joseph Catholic Church at 7:30 p.m.

Belinda was born May 12, 1972, in Stanton, Texas, and died Aug. 29, 2013, in Stanton. She graduated from Stanton High School in 1990 and was a pre-school teacher in Big Spring. Belinda married Jerry Baeza in Stanton on Feb. 23, 2002. She was a Guadalupana and was very active at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Stanton.

She is survived by her husband, Jerry Baeza of Big Spring; parents, Manuel and Teri Marquez of Stanton;; grandmother, Josie Ramos of Stanton; step-daughters, Nancy Paz Garcia and Gina Baeza, both of San Antonio; a step-son, Jerry Baeza Jr. of San Antonio; two sisters, Isabel Marquez of Midland and Amanda Gonzalez of Stanton; four step-grandchildren; and three nieces and five nephews.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Stanton Memorial Funeral Home & Chapel.
