Betty Lloyd-Mitchel, 82, of San Angelo, formerly of Big Spring died Tuesday, April 16, 2013, at her residence. The family will received friends Thursday from 6 p.m. until 7 p.m. at Myers & Smith Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Myers & Smith Chapel with Robert Allen Nelson, officiating. Burial will be at Cushing Cemetery in Cushing, Texas.

She was born Sept. 14, 1930 in Wink, Texas, to Doll and George Cooper. She grew up in Reklaw, Texas. She moved to Big Spring in 1952 from Denton. She worked at State National Bank from 1969 until 1992. She relocated to San Angelo shortly after retirement. She married Blaine Mitchell in 1991 and he preceded her in death in 2004. She married Glyn Mitchel on October 5, 2004. She was a Baptist.

She is survived by her husband, Glyn Mitchel of San Angelo; two sons, Rodger Lloyd and wife Betty Jean of Big Spring and Rick Lloyd and wife Leslie Ann of Austin; five grandchildren, Justin Lloyd and wife Mandi of Big Spring, Logan Lloyd of San Angelo, Staci Lloyd of Arkansas, Quinn Lloyd of Maryland and Jordan Lloyd of San Angelo.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one husband, two brothers and three sisters.
