Big Spring prepared for multiple events

Job fairs, chamber gatherings and golf tournaments are on tap for the next couple months.

Upcoming events and other business highlighted the agenda of the Big Spring Area Chamber of Commerce monthly board meeting Wednesday.

GEO will be presenting a job fair at the workforce center March 22 and 23. Next month, April 19, SouthWest Collegiate Institute for the Deaf will be holding its community wide job fair as well. Members of the community are encouraged to attend between 1 p.m. and 6 p.m. For more information, contact Workforce Solutions at 263-8373.
