Billy 'Pete' Laminack

Billy "Pete" Laminack, 82, of Colorado City died Friday, Feb. 1, 2013, at his residence. Private family services will be held at a later date.

He was born July 6, 1930, in Mangum, Okla. He married Joyce Littlepage on July 25, 1958, in Odessa, Texas. She preceded him in death Oct. 6, 2004. He then married Terri Couch on Aug. 8, 2006.

Pete was a truck driver for 41 years and had worked for J.H. Marks, McAlister's in Abilene, as well as being an independent operator.

Survivors include his wife, Terri Couch Laminack of Colorado City; and one son, Wendell Campbell and wife Capel of Odessa.

He was preceded in death by his parents, "Big Pete" and Bessie Laminack.
The family suggests memorials be made to IntegraCare Hospice, 1822 26th St., Snyder, Texas 79549.
