By Hollis McCright Howard County Library will be undergoing some changes in the way we check the books in and out. Effective Friday we will begin a changeover to a new computer program. I apologize for the inconvenience, but in the interests of keeping things straight and to not make errors in who has what checked out, I think this is the best way to go. Please be patient with staff members — we aren’t doing this to be mean or tacky!
