Big Spring Police are searching for an Hispanic male who allegedly sexually assaulted an elderly female, stabbing her and leaving her on the side of a roadway early this morning in Howard County.
According to police, the suspect allegedly entered the woman's residence around 12:30 a.m. today, waking her up, rummaging through her residence and then ordering to her car. The man allegedly then drove her around town before arriving at Radio Tower Road where he then sexually assaulted the elderly female and shortly after stabbed her multiple times in her abdomen, chest and neck. He then allegedly left her on the side of the road.
At this time the only suspect description is believed to be between 5'7" - 6'0" tall Hispanic male last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt. As of this report, the victim is listed as serious but stable condition following surgery.
