BSISD top teacher honored

Deborah Foster, a special education teacher at Washington Elementary, will end her educational career on a high note.

Last Friday, she was honored by the Masonic Staked Plains 598 Lodge with the Mirabeau B. Lamar Teacher of the Year for Excellence award at a ceremony held in the school library.
