Carolyn Touchstone Walker

Carolyn Touchstone Walker, 65, of Snyder, formerly of Big Spring died Friday, Nov. 4, 2011, in a Plano hospital. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Nov. 7, 2011, at the Nalley-Pickle & Welch Rosewood Chapel. Interment will follow at Trinity Memorial Park.
She was born Oct. 5, 1946, in Big Spring, Texas, and married Charles Sam Walker on April 6, 1996, in New Mexico.
Carolyn was a graduate of Big Spring High School, a member of the Beta Sigma Phi Sorority and a homemaker. She was a member of the Church of God in Ira, Texas.
She is survived by her husband, Charles Sam Walker of Snyder; daughter, Lesa McBride and husband DeWayne of Dawson; son, Chad Statham and wife Jill of Plano; two sisters, JoAnn Low of Allen and Tommie Bronson of Conway, Ark.; and one brother, Jackie Touchstone of Big Spring.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Bertha (Owens) Touchstone; and two sisters, Margaret Touchstone and Georgia Touchstone.
