Child indecency suspect turns himself in

A Howard County man was taken into custody Tuesday evening after turning himself over to law enforcement officials on a charge of indecency with a child – sexual contact.

William Waddill, 52, was arrested shortly after 8:30 p.m. Tuesday and charged with indecency with a child – sexual contact, according to officials with the Howard County Sheriff's Office.

“Waddill was taken into custody without incident,” Sheriff Stan Parker said. “He turned himself in at the sheriff's office after the charges were brought against him.”
