City master plan draws little interest

Fewer than 200 people took up the city of Big Spring’s invitation to help craft its master plan for the next 25 years.

A crowd estimated at 150 attended a public meeting of the Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee at Dorothy Garrett Coliseum to provide their input as to how they’d like the city to evolve in the coming years.
