Commissioners face routine agenda

February 26, 2011

Howard County commissioners will meet Monday at 3 p.m. to handle a number of routine agenda items, including presentation of a comprehensive financial report for 2010.

Don Stephens, CPA, is expected to present the annual financial report at the meeting, which is being held a little more than two hours prior to a joint meeting between commissioners and officials with the Big Spring City Council.

County Auditor Jackie Olson is expected to discuss the report with commissioners, as well present invoices, purchase requests and budget amendments for the government panel to consider. The court is also expected to look at and consider bids for office supplies, aggregate and asphalt.
