Construction at HC San Angelo site moving along

December 17, 2013

Construction at the Howard College San Angelo site is heading skyward.

“After weeks of watching all of this horizontal activity behind the (West Texas) Training Center – clearing of land, the building of pads — we have finally seen some vertical action,” John Parsons, campus dean of facilities of the West Texas Training Center reported to Howard College trustees Monday.

“On the pre-engineered medical building, the slab is poured, and it is complete. Actually, materials for the metal building are on site, and the installation is in progress. That’s the vertical progress I was referring to. We can actually see the shell of the metal building.”

Ground work continues for other aspects of the construction project.
