Daniel Paul Breyman

January 24, 2012

Daniel Paul Breyman, 34, of Odessa joined our Heavenly Father on Saturday, Jan. 21, 2012. The family will receive friends and relatives at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home, 906 S. Gregg, Big Spring, Texas, on Wednesday, Jan. 25, 2012, from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Services will be held in Odessa at 2 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 26, 2012, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 5401 JBS Parkway. The service is open to the public and the family invites all to attend who knew Daniel or his relatives.

Daniel was born Aug. 26, 1977, in Andrews, Texas. He was baptized at the age of 8, which began his relationship with Jesus Christ our Savior. He graduated from Forsan ISD in 1996 and was a proud Buffalo, playing football, basketball, little league baseball, One-Act Play, band and other activities. He served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints from 1996-1998 in Indianapolis, Ind.

Daniel met and married the love of his life, Paula, and they have two sons, Julian, age 4, and Samuel, age 2. Daniel was the firstborn to his mom and dad. He has a sister and two brothers. He always showed his love with loyalty beyond compare. His extended family, consisting of his mother-in-law and sister-in-law, were considered his own. Other important people surviving him are uncles, cousins and a special Grandpa who all shared in his life journey.

He went on to graduate from UTPB in 2007 with a B.A. in history. Daniel was very passionate about life. He knew what he wanted and would not give up until he got it. He had just started his own oilfield service company a week before he passed. He was a loving husband, wonderful father, beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin, friend, hard-working man, historian, patriot, gentleman, scholar, humanitarian and Child of God.

Daniel is survived by his wife, Paula and two sons, Julian and Samuel; father and mother, Chuck and Cynthia (Barnes) Breyman; three siblings, Amanda (Spencer) Palmer of Big Spring, Benjamin (Rachael) Breyman of Oklahoma City, Okla., and John Tyler Breyman, still at home; nephew, Dallin; and grandfather, John (Helen) Breyman.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, L.D. and Donna (Munner) Barnes and Dorene Lee.

The National Bank of Andrews, 1501 N. Main, has set up scholarship funds for Julian and Samuel Breyman in memory of their father.

Arrangements are under the direction of Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home & Crematory of Big Spring. Online condolences can be made at: www.npwelch.com
