Dean Holland, 77, of Big Spring, died Sunday, April 27, 2014, in a Midland hospital. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 30, 2014, at the Nalley-Pickle & Welch Rosewood Chapel. Interment will follow at Trinity Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Dean was born Sunday, Sept. 27, 1936, in Big Spring, Texas, and married Edna McCartney.
He retired from Cosden Oil and Chemical as a district gauger and was a member of the Cosden Coffee Club.
He is survived by his wife, Edna Holland of Big Spring; three daughters, Judy Robertson and husband Ducky of Midland, Kaye Edwards of San Angelo, Texas, and Linda Hale and husband Kevin of Collinsville, Texas; and one son, Loy Dean Holland of Wasilla, Ark.
